We all already know about the world’s arguably the most popular, favorite and the finest sport 'football'. It is, as is known to all, basically played between two competent and competitive teams. Each team consists of 11 ready-to-go players and eligible extra players, who keep on waiting outside the field only to play if and when asked to, depending on the situation and necessity to change by the coach for any injury, choice-based substitution or even purely for any tactical reason. Scoring of goal is usually what decides the outcome of this beautiful game. World Cup is the biggest and greatest show on earth of football which is also popularly said 'soccer' in different parts of the world while FIFA remains at the helm as the apex body for governing this money-spinning game for solidarity across the globe.

History of World Cup Football:

The World Cup Football history may be a long and elaborated one.The Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) held soccer's first World Cup tournament in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1930, when FIFA president and French Jules Rimet decided to stage an international football tournament. The inaugural edition was contested as a final tournament of only 13 teams invited by the organization. Since then, the FIFA World Cup has formated remodeling to its current 32-team final tournament preceded by a two-year qualifying process, involving almost 200 teams from all over the world. Brazil is the only country to have competed in every World Cup finals series and are also the most successful country with 5 victories.

  

The first 2 World Cup matches happened simultaneously, and were won by France and also the USA, World Health Organization beat United Mexican States 4–1 and Kingdom of Belgium 3–0, severally. In the tournament  the ‘first goal’ was scored by Lucien Laurent of France.  After four days, the first tournament hat-trick was achieved by Bert Patenaude of the USA. ‘Uruguay’ defeated Argentina 4–2 ahead of a crowd of ninety three thousands individuals in montevideo, and have become the first nation to win a World Cup. was from Uruguay and Guillermo Stabile from Argentina was the Golden boot winner of the year 1930.

About world cup football 2014:

The 2014 FIFA World Cup are going to be the twentieth FIFA World Cup, Host nation Brazil will open the FIFA World Cup 2014 tournament against Croatia in Sao Paulo on june twelve. The final match can occur at Estadio Maracana on 13^th  July. It will be the second time that Brazil has hosted the competition, the previous being in 1950. Brazil was electoral undoubted as host nation in 2007 when the international football federation, FIFA, prescribed that the tournament would be staged in South America for the primary time since 1978 in Argentina, and also the fifth time overall.
